Local knowledge

Why a local concrete crew matters here

Middle Tennessee ground is not uniform. Sumner County lots run from shallow limestone shelf to deep clay, sometimes on the same property.

Clay swells when it takes on water and shrinks when it dries out. A slab poured straight onto it without a stone base and drainage will move with it. Rock, on the other hand, means a harder dig and different access planning for trucks and pumps.

We've been digging, stoning and pouring in these specific soils for three decades. That experience shows up as undercut depth, base thickness and drainage decisions made on your lot rather than copied from a spec sheet.

Being local also means we're 20 minutes away when you have a question after the pour, and we're still here years later if you need us again.
