We match finish, joint pattern and edge detail. Exact color matching of old concrete is not possible — new concrete cures lighter and weathers in over the first year or two.

Can a patio be poured against the house?

Yes, with expansion joint material at the house and the finished surface kept below the siding and brick ledge so water cannot track back into the wall.

Do you build steps into patios?

Yes. Poured steps, step-downs to grade, landings and seat walls are all part of our normal flatwork scope.

Williams Concrete Services builds patios, walkways, sidewalks, porches and pool decks that stay flat, drain away from the foundation and look like part of the original build instead of something bolted on later.

We pour everything from a simple 12x14 grill pad to multi-level patios with curved edges, seat walls, step-downs and stamped borders, and we tie the layout into existing walks, drives and door thresholds so the elevations work.

Getting the size right the first time

The most common regret we hear is that a patio was built too small. A table with four chairs pulled out needs roughly 12x12 feet of clear space. Adding a few feet at pour time is far cheaper than adding it later.

Drainage comes before looks

A patio that ponds water against the house eventually becomes a foundation problem. We slope the slab away from the structure and route water to daylight or an existing drain.
